Calibrate before sample measurements (daily).
In addition, calibrate if the measurement temperature has changed.
After calibration, repeat the measurements using dried air and degassed pure water, or a standard substance for use in calibration, and check that the calibration was performed properly.
Contamination of the measurement cell may be discovered at an early stage.
