The inspection method is described below.
【Inspection Method for the QTM-500】
・Checking the measurement accuracy
Measure the reference plate (polyethylene foam, silicone rubber, and quartz glass) provided.
→If the relative error is within ±5 % with respect to the thermal conductivity noted on the reference plate under room temperature conditions, then there are no measurement issues.
・Checking the repeatability
Measure the reference plate (polyethylene foam, silicon rubber, and quartz glass) provided.
→If the relative standard deviation is 3 % or less when measuring the reference plate under room temperature conditions, then there are no measurement issues.
If either of the above-mentioned standards is not satisfied, contact your KEM sales representative.
