Auto Sampler
AS-8030
Features
We have succeeded in developing a space-saving and sophisticated design by integrating the AS-8030 with the density meter. In addition, we improved the drying time by using a high-volume drying pump and also enhanced the rinsing performance by using 3 kinds of rinse liquids. Moreover, the instrument has inherited the pressurized measurement function that returns the bubbles generated during sampling such as gasoline into the sample solution (this was also equipped with the previous model CHD-502).
With these improvements the AS-8030 autosampler can provide operators with a convenient and highly reliable fully automatic measurement system.
・Responds to various requests with 4 types of Flow Units (FU1, FU2, FU3, FU4).
1)High volume pump in FU2, FU3
・Able to reduce drying and purge time from 6 to 2 minutes after cleaning by ethanol.
2)Rinsing function with 3 rinse liquids in FU2
・Capability to select the number of rinse liquids (2 or 3) to be used.
・Measures both aqueous and oil-soluble samples by one autosampler.
3)Selective sampling method by either pressure in FU1 and FU2 or suction in FU3 and FU4
・Ability to select either pressure sampling or suction sampling.
・Ability to depress the generation of air bubbles even for high-viscosity samples when FU1 or FU2 is used.
・Ability to take samples even when the lid of vials is open when FU3 or FU4 is used.
4)Rinsing function with sample solution equipped in FU4
・Able to rinse inside the measurement cell and tubes with the sample solution.
・The special sequence dedicated for rinsing sample solution – patent pending
・Installed with the sequence program for rinsing with the sample solution.
・Can make more accurate measurements with rinsing with sample solution compared with previous models
・Pressurized measurement function equipped in FU1 and FU2 for bubbles in gasoline samples
・Able to prevent the generation of air bubbles in gasoline samples during sampling.
・Space-saving design
・Required only 300 mm x 600 mm space for Installation of the autosampler (AS-8030).
・Auto power-off function
・Saves electric power consumption.
・Highly effective rinsing equipped in FU1, FU2, and FU3
・Enhanced rinsing effect by mixing air into the rinse sequence in addition to the rinse liquids.
・Reduces the volume of required rinse liquids.
・Retrieving function for the sample solution after measurements equipped in FU1 and FU2
・Able to retrieve precious sample solutions such as perfume to the sample vials after measurements.
